If you receive a product from The Lemon Life that is defective or damaged, we request that you inform us within 2 days of receiving the product. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we are committed to addressing them promptly.


Return Procedure for Defective Products
To initiate a return for a defective product, please follow these steps:

    • Supporting photographs, if applicable

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will take appropriate action, which may include replacing the product or refunding the amount you paid when you placed the order.

Damaged Packaging

  • If you receive a package with visibly damaged packaging, please DO NOT ACCEPT the package from the delivery person. Instead, kindly contact us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.
